(ANSA) - Venice, December 31 - Venice is to charge an entry fee for day trippers into the lagoon city.
The fee will range from two euros in the off-season to 10 euros at peak times, Mayor Luigi Brugnaro said.
He said it would help fund cleaning up the waste that day trippers leave.
